Each letter A, B, C, D, etc. in the document, identifies an individual resource. The indication of a partial use of a resource is indicated as a fraction of a whole resource (ex. 0.5A). Precursor Links indicate activities which have direct effect on the activity where the precursor link in located. If changes to the project such as timing, cost, resource commitment arise the current plan may need revision. The use of the project plan document is an ideal document to determine where appropriate changes could be made.
